Covid-19 – Information for Guests

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and team are our absolute priority. After carefully reviewing recent government announcements, we have sadly taken the decision to temporarily close our theme parks and accommodation.

We are in the process of contacting guests that have bookings for dates between 21st March and 26th April. We will offer you the chance to transfer your booking with no transfer fee or provide you with a full refund. Please rest assured that we will be in contact with every guest that has a booking for the above period however it may take us a little bit of time.

Our support offices are now closed for the safety and wellbeing of our team. Operators are continuing to work remotely and you can contact us through the live chat feature on gulliversfun.co.uk or by emailing hotline@gulliversfun.co.uk

We will also make sure that our valued passport holders do not miss out. The expiry date on each passport will be extended by 6 months, (i.e. Your original 12-month passport is now an 18 month passport).

It is with a heavy heart that these decisions will inevitably impact our fantastic and much valued team members. As a family business, we will continue to support every member of our team as best that we can during this difficult period.

Please note that our accommodation remains available for NHS staff and key workers only. Self contained accommodation units are also available for emergency isolation purposes of 7 night stays or more. For more information please email hotline@gulliversfun.co.uk
