We understand the challenges our guests are encountering during these turbulent times and hence our 'book with confidence' promise offers a number of options to cancel or change your booking (including transferring your date, your product or choosing an alternative Gulliver's theme park to visit).
If you have a theme park visit or a short break booking for any date within the extended period of lockdown restrictions, (Currently up to 11th April for theme park visits, and up to 16th May for some accommodation types), a member of our team will be in touch to handle your transfer or refund. We are working through a large amount of bookings and we will contact you as quickly as possible.
