Terms and Conditions of Entry

Your comfort and safety - Gulliver’s strives to offer you and your family the safest day out possible, but we can only do this with your help. Please ensure that you supervise your children at all times. There is currently no crèche facility at Gulliver’s.

Please read all operating rules and regulations before partaking of a ride or attraction and assess the suitability of each attraction for your child’s abilities. We cannot know the individual needs of your child.

Height restrictions are in place for your safety, our operators do not have the authority to over-ride them and height restrictions will not be altered under any circumstances.

Guidelines have been prepared which detail the safe use of all of our rides and attractions. Please ensure that you observe these guidelines and listen to any instructions given by our operators. Any person found to be not following the guidelines or compromising their own safety or the safety of others will be asked to leave the park.

The management reserves the right to refuse admission to any persons felt unsuitable for the parks facilities.

As is the family nature of Gulliver’s theme park, groups of adults or single adults with no accompanying children will not be permitted onto the park. If you are joining a group who are already in the park grounds please respect our request that, prior to being permitted entry, you should ask the group to meet you at the entrance gates where they can confirm that you are a member of their group.

Alcohol is not permitted on the park and we reserve the right to confiscate alcohol brought onto the premises. Persons deemed to be under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to use rides and attractions and will be asked to leave the park.

Dogs - Fully registered, harnessed assistance dogs are permitted onto the park (proof of registration may be requested). No other dogs or pets are permitted and there are no kennel facilities at Gulliver’s.

Swimming - Neither paddling nor swimming is permitted on the park.

Attraction availability – For your safety, the management reserve the right to suspend or close attractions in inclement weather or for routine and preventative maintenance.

A daily closing time of all the rides and attractions is detailed at the main gate. In the event of a large queue on a ride, the management will close the queue line prior to the ride closing time to ensure that the last ride happens at the daily closing time.

The Management reserve the right to alter attractions as may be deemed necessary without prior notice.

Whilst every effort is made to provide all the rides, attractions and facilities mentioned we cannot guarantee that they will all be available all day, every day.

Comments and complaints - If you have any suggestions, or if you encounter any problems during your visit, please visit Guest Relations or notify a member of our management team as soon as possible. Problems can more likely be resolved on the day of your visit rather than after you have left the park.

Photographs and filming - It is not unusual to have photographers and film crews recording at the Gulliver's group of theme park attractions or at the Gulliver's campsite and hotel accommodations. By accepting the terms and conditions of entry, ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed or taped by Gulliver's Theme Parks or by third parties appointed by them. Gulliver's Theme Parks and their appointed third parties shall, without requirement of the payment of money or other form of consideration, have the right to use and to publish any such images and films of a ticket holder in perpetuity.

Your responsibilities - The Management accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property whilst visiting or using any of the parks attractions or facilities.

Children under the age of 16 years must be supervised by a competent adult at all times.

Persons using the parks rides and facilities do so at their own risk. Management accepts no responsibility for personal injury.

Threatening behaviour, verbal abuse or violence will not be tolerated on the site. Persons exhibiting as such will be asked to leave the park.

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
