Terms & Conditions of Entry

Splashzone

• Please note there is a £2 refundable deposit required per wristband per person who is going onto the water zone.
• Parents and guardians are expected to supervise their children at all time
• Walk with care using handrails where provided
• Please ensure that you read the safety signs (especially those on the entrance to the slides)
• Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not welcome at splashzone
• To help keep the water to a high standard we recommend that you shower before entering the water zone
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere within splashzone
• Bathers are not permitted to use the upper storey of the building or the ramp leading to it
• No food or drink should be taken on to the water or into the shower and changing room areas
• Only food purchased from splashzone can be consumed on the premises
• No glassware is to be brought into splashzone
• No photography is allowed (except within the confines of the party rooms)
• Access to the slides is restricted for guests in wheelchairs as a number of steps must be negotiated to get to the top of the slide.
• Upper and lower body control is required to use the slides as they will take your body in different directions.

Water zone

• Parents and guardians are expected to supervise their children at all times
• It is advised that smaller children use the toddlers area and are accompanied by an adult
• Ensure that babies and young children who have not been toilet trained wear swim nappies
• Babies and young children suffering from diarrhoea should be kept off the water
• When on the water, shorts, t-shirts or swim wear should be worn (please ensure clothing is durable for use on the slides as we can not accept responsibility for damage to costumes, lycra is not recommended)
• No trainers or shoes can be worn on the water, sandals, jelly, beach or open toed shoes are ok.
• No watches or loose jewellery should be worn on the water
• Please do not swallow the water
• Please refrain from swinging from the bars
• Adults are welcome to come onto the water but can not use the slides (PLease remember that Splashzone has been designed for children, so keep a look out for elements of the play equipment that may be lower than you would normally expect).

Slide Zone

• We have two slides, Leonard and Ellie the height restrictions are 1meter
• Bathers muster adhere to the height restrictions for use of larger water slides
• No headfirst sliding
• No sliding on laps
• Keep hands, arms and legs inside the slide
• Only one person on the slide at any one time
• Do not climb up the slide
• Do not stand at the bottom of the slide
• No shoes to be worn on the slides

Outside Play Zone

• This is an unsupervised play area where parents are expected to supervise their children at all times
• Shoes must be worn when using the outside play zone at all times
• Eating or drinking whilst using this attraction is not permitted.
