Terms and Conditions of Entry

Gullivers strives to offer you and your family the safest day out possible, but we can only do this with your help. Please ensure that you supervise your children at all times, we do not offer a creche facility.

Please read all operating rules and regulations before partaking of a ride or attraction, make an assessment of whether the attraction is suitable for your child’s abilities before putting them on, we cannot know the individual needs of your child. 

Please listen to and follow the instructions given by our safety operators, they are trained to ensure your safety.  Height restrictions are in place for your safety, the operators do not have the authority to over-ride them, please do not place them in a difficult position.

The management reserve the right to refuse admission to those persons felt unsuitable for the parks facilities.

Alcohol is not permitted on the park, we have the right  to confiscate it and ask persons to leave the the park who are under the influence of it.

Swimming - neither paddling nor swimming is permitted on the park.

Inclement Weather - The Management reserve the right to close attractions for safety reasons in inclement weather.

Comments and Complaints - if you have any problems or suggestions during your visit, you must report them to Guest Relations at the time of your visit,  so that we can attempt to rectify them. Complaints will not be accepted after you have left the park.

Photographs and Filming - it is not unsual to have photographers and film crews on the site. If you do not wish to appear on film, please ensure you stay clear of the film crews and the photographers.

For safety reasons height restrictions are in operation on the park, these will not be altered under any circumstances.

A daily closing time of all the rides and attractions is detailed at the main gate, in the event of a large queue on a ride, the management will close the queue line prior to the ride closing time to ensure that the last ride happens at the daily closing time.

The Management accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property whilst visiting or using any of the parks attractions or facilities.

Children under the age of 16 years must be supervised by a competent adult at all times.

Whilst every effort is made to provide all the rides, attractions and facilities mentioned we cannot guarentee that they will be available all day, every day.

The Mangement reserve the right to alter attractions as may be deemed necessary without prior notice.

Guidelines have been prepared which detail the safe use of all our rides and attractions. Please ensure that you observe these guidelines and any instructions given by the operator. Any person found to be not following the the guidelines and putting themselves and others at risk will be removed from the park.

Persons using the parks rides and facilities do so at their own risk. Mangement accept no responsibility for personal injury.

Threatening behaviour, verbal abuse or violence will not be permitted on the site. Persons exhibiting as such will be removed from the park.

Pre-paid tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Gullivers operates a no refund policy.
